Yesterday was the first day of Spring. Winter slumber is complete and new growth blossoms with flowers blooming, trees budding, and grass turning green. In January many of us were busy writing new year’s resolutions and goals for 2017. A Forbes article indicated that only 8% of us are successful in achieving our those resolutions. Rather than burying those resolutions under a foot of snow, why not plant those resolutions this Spring and watch them grow?
Take a look at what you want to achieve this year. Can you express it as a SMART goal? Specific Measurable Achievable Realistic Timetable One of my friends set a goal to take more vacations this year. With the warmer temperatures, she is breathing new life into her goal. She is planning at least one trip per month, multi-day travel when her work schedule is more relaxed and a day trip when her work demands increase. She is making specific plans with family and friends to help her hold herself accountable for meeting her goal. Goals don’t have to be difficult. Achieving your goal should feel great, but enjoying the journey is a big part of sticking with the goal. How will you spring forth with action and avoid burying your goals in the winter snow?

Winter is probably my favorite season of all time! In our country, when winter starts, it means that Christmas season has started. Christmas is also my favorite holiday to celebrate because everything seems to be peaceful even for just a day. I feel like today, chaos is ruining the spirit of Christmas. Too many people are engaging in fights and I just liek the fact that during Christmas, everyone gets along. I just hope that people get along even when it is not Christmas because the world would be a much better place.

The website is looking bit flashy and it catches the visitors eyes. Design is pretty simple and a good user friendly interface.
